FAQ About My Workouts

1.    What fitness level are your workouts for?

ALL FITNESS LEVELS! I will give lots of options to make sure each workout is challenging for YOU! Whether it is your first time in a class, or you’re a varsity athlete, I will make sure you are challenged and can work up a sweat!

 

2.    What do I need?

All you need is water bottle and a positive attitude! My workouts don't require any equipment, unless otherwise stated.

Remember to wear appropriate athletic attire, running shoes, and eat 1.5-2 hours in advance (to make sure you have lots of energy)!

 

3.    What can expect at my first workout?

Expect to WORK HARD and HAVE FUN!  I can't wait to sweat with you soon!
