How Does the Live Stream Work?

  • To pay, you will need to create a member account

  • This member account lets you access the private videos located in The School of Fitness Portal

  • To join a live class, simply click "play Live video", which is available 5min before scheduled class times

  • Since it's a live stream, the video quality isn't always crystal clear and/or there may be some lag. These aren't pre-recorded classes. I am right there with you, cheering you on & sweating at the same time. Unfortunately, live stream technology doesn't give the same quality (yet) - and I hope this will change soon!

When are your LIVE Classes?

  • Currently, they are Mon-Fri at 5:30pm EST

  • Schedule is as follows:

    • Monday: HIIT Cardio​

    • Tuesday: Abs & Arms

    • Wednesday: HIIT Cardio

    • Thursday: Legs & Booty

    • Friday: HIIT Cardio - Disco Party Friday

Can I Replay a Class if I miss a Live Stream?

  • Yes! Live class replays will be available for up to 7 days after class

  • This means you will always be able to see the latest version of the class

  • If I were to keep more, it would significantly slow down the load time of the website since videos take up so much space

What if I only want to join for one Week?

  • No problem! It would be very difficult and confusing for my regular participants to have to re-sign up and pay each week, which is why it is a recurring subscription. 

  • If you want to join for one week, subscribe and then cancel your subscription

  • Unlike many in-person gyms, there are NO FEES to sign-up, pause, cancel, re-instate, etc. - so you are completely in control of when/when you don't pay your "membership fees". 

  • The website hosting platform I use will automatically allow/restrict your video viewing access to reflect your membership status (paid/not paid)

Can I Cancel My Membership?

  • Yes, anytime! 

  • There are no fees to cancel, pause or re-instate your membership

  • To cancel your membership, send an email to jesstakimotofitness@gmail.com with the Subject Line: Cancel Membership, which is effective the date the email is sent.

  • It may take up to two business days to process your cancellation. In the case that the cancellation is not processed by the next recurring subscription payment, I will use the date you sent the request as the effective "cancellation date" and refund the charge at the time of processing.

What if I don't like the classes?

  • I will give you a full refund, no questions asked

  • (although I really don't think this will happen :P)

Will it Auto-Charge my Credit Card?

  • Yes, this is a weekly recurring subscription

  • The reason WHY is to make it as convenient as possible for my regular & most dedicated participants

  • Plus, this means I don't need to manually track who has or hasn't paid, which means I am able to help more members AND spend more time creating posts, helpful content, and answering your messages
