Hi, I'm Jess!

I am a 3rd year student in the Commerce Program at Queen's University, and I spend all of my free time researching what I want to do on exchange in Singapore next winter - when I'm not creating workouts, of course!


I love really - like, really - loud music, any kind of workout class and salads.  Yes, my favourite food is actually salad (it's just so versatile!)  I am a retired (a.k.a. washed up) competitive dancer and found group fitness shortly after I stopped dancing.  I fell in love right away and think I took every group fitness class under the sun before I could get certified to teach - I had to wait until I was 18, or I would've done it sooner.


I have also been managing IBS for the past 4 years and don't want other people to go through the shame and embarrassment I did.  I share a lot about self-confidence, owning your accomplishment, and self-love.  I also love food and try to share my favourite recipes with you.


I'm on all the platforms so make sure you're liked, subscribed, and following so I can hangout wherever you like to hang out online. But, enough about me!

At the end of the day, "fitness" is not about a number, size, or weight.  It is about having the confidence to be unapologetically yourself, which comes from knowing you can do hard things, and you can achieve any goal you set your mind to.  If you don't agree yet, I hope that I can eventually change your mind!
